10 people killed in St Petersburg metro blast in Russia



10 people have been killed and 30 people severely  injured, including children, in an explosion at a metro station in St Petersburg, the second biggest state in Russia. The explosion ripped through a passenger train carriage at a time when the metro station was very busy. Officials say they believe it is a terrorist attack. More details later...
