The Release Date For Wale's Album 'Shine' Has Been Moved Up To Tomorrow

Three weeks agos, fans of Wale the world over collectively heaved a sigh of relief, as the rapper finally unveiled some concrete details – tracklist, release date and cover art – surrounding his fifth studio album, Shine.
Now those fans have even more reason to celebrate as the 14-track album, which was set to drop on May 5 has been moved up by a week and will be released tomorrow, April 27. The highly anticipated album features not only the likes of Lil Wayne, Travis Scott and Chris Brown, but three of Nigeria's biggest talents, Olamide, Davido and Wizkid.
Not to be outdone by the hardest working kid in the music industry, five-month-old Asahd Tuck Khaled – who executive produced his dad's album, Grateful – Wale's 10-month-old daughter, Zyla Moon Oluwakemi, will be making her music debut alongside Phil Adé on the album's final track, “Smile.”
The album's stunning cover art, which was actually designed by one of Wale's fans, Dedrick Strong, also seems to be inspired by Zyla – as it shows a baby’s hand holding a blue moon against a bright pink backdrop.
You can pre-order Shine on iTunes right here.
